Now there is no such species, Cucullia fraterna, this is an eastern Cucullia pustulata subspecies, the full name is Cucullia (Cucullia) pustulata fraterna, Butler, 1878. Matov. A. Y. (The Zoological institute RAS) identified this species as Cucullia fraterna. Expansion: the Altai region. General expansion: Europe, Russia (the European part of the Urals, Western Siberia, Russian Far East) China, Korea, Japan. References: Kononenko, 1998, 2003, 2005 yy.
