Date and time, location shooting/catching: 2012-05-03 14:26:00, Vladimir region, Sudogodsky district, near Brykyno village, on an overgrown field.

Photographer's comment: The caterpillar has a dark body with a lenghtwise light stripe intercepted with red ornament, grey at sides. Spikes are bluish and dark. Hard to say of what's age it is but after the last exuviation its spikes became blue those close to the head and red ones close to the tail, the head got bigger and light-colored.
