Alexandr, turns out vittata, naturally). I finally could compare properly these two species http://www.lepbarcoding.org/geometridae/species.php?region=1&id=41437
http://www.lepbarcoding.org/geometridae/species.php?region=1&id=69179. These links show good those distinctions described in that Diagnosis: "species are very similar, but M. argentifusa Walker has the antemedial and postmedial more strongly convergent towards the dorsum, and the silvery submarginal of the forewing is irregular in vittata but forms an obtuse angle in argentifusa". The last distinction is especially visible. (whilst there is chaos in the species names in pics found on the web).

Didn' get it :) Here, http://www.mothsofborneo.com/part-9/geometrini/gallery.php, photos only whilst changing place in species. Where is right and where is not? vittata is mentioned in Thailand on http://www.boldsystems.org/index.php/Taxbrowser_Taxonpage?taxid=175897

Sorry, the right link http://www.mothsofborneo.com/part-9/geometrini/geometrini_14_1.php. Diagnosis provided with the vittata description.

Alexandr, I doubted seriously which one is right... The species look very similar indeed. The location won, examining lots of pics and Diagnosis given in the argentifusa description, there http://www.mothsofborneo.com/part-9/geometrini/geometrini_14_2.php.

Why not Mixochlora vittata?

16.12.2013 0:41, Irina Nikulina

Most probably Mixochlora argentifusa
