Serious doubts about food plant. This is despite likely to be Euonymus verrucosus, not europaeus, thus larvae can be of Yponomeuta cagnagella. Methink.

Vasily, If I was so (totally) sure, wouldn't put it to uncertain. ID in comments is always to be debated. My thoughts originated from food plant. Euonymus europaeus is a food plant of Yponomeuta cagnagella, Y. irrorellus, Y. Plumbellus, Ypsolopha mucronella, Synanthedon stomoxiformis. Synanthedon stomoxiformis. As for larvae, most probable are Y. cagnagella (http://mothphotographersgroup.msstate.edu/species.php?hodges=2423.1
http://ukmoths.org.uk/show.php?id=4474 ) and Y. irrorellus, though irrorellus isn't distributed in 8th region (see the shot location). Please correct me if I'm wrong.
