Vasily says right. This is Leucoma candida. The latter has such specific antennae with black narrow ringlets whilst L. salicis L. oppositely does them clearly white. There are two species in Russia.

Sergey, I'm reading, reading........ So did I write that I supposed that considering Synev where salicis is questioned.
Here there is no the shot date which could really help to dot all the i's as these two species have it quite different. The density of the dust cover is too in favour of my version. Never met such non-transparent salicis which are in plenty in Moscow in June. Let's wait for the shot date.

Leucoma salicis is as well distributed in Primorye. Please read attentively the "Lymantriidae" thread on molbiol.ru.

Leucoma candida ? Synev describes it in 36th, 37th and 40th region. Seems no other Leucoma there.
