Date and time, location shooting/catching: 2013-04-08 08:40:00, Brazil, State of Sao Paulo, Ubatuba City, on a farm in the rain forest, next to the Serra do Mar State Park, about 1000 meters high. Average between 13 and 25 degrees Celsius.

Yes, this too is a subspecies: Rothschildia aurota speculifera (Walker, 1855) Brazil , Paraguay, Uruguay, Argentina. But I put in R. hesperus (in aurota himself strongly doubt).

I would say that this is R. hesperus. It is the same red, and is found in Brazil. One of these days I will give my photos from the collection - one face.
