Yeah, it looks exactly like the speciman at the picture from szmn.sbras.ru. I move it to the L. jankowskii.

This one is certainly Lemyra jankowskii (see http://szmn.sbras.ru/Lepidop/images/Lemyra_jankowskii.htm)
But I'll wait other users' opinions before moving it.
And I challenge that that photo's http://lepidoptera.pro/gallery/32025 identification is not correct. Yuri, can't you say what was the abdomen's color?
