Prochoreutis alpina (Arita, 1976). Defined Ponomarenko MG BPI FEB RAS.

Rather, it is a widespread Prochoreutis myllerana, but still there are several kinds of Primorye, the image of which I could not find. Leaving the definition to the race. :)
