Длина переднего крыла чуть больше 1 см. Окраска светлая, серо-белесая, на каждом из крыльев в центре по белому пятнышку в коричневом ободке, поперечные полоски разбиты на отдельные пятна. [85].

Типичные местообитания — болота с березами, редкостойные леса и парки, реже в садах. [85].

Цветочная белоточечная пяденица летает в двух поколениях. Первая генерация — с апреля по июнь, вторая — с июля по сентябрь, хотя поколения могут и перекрываться во времени. [85].
