Imago Habitus and Differences from alike species

  • Wingspan 60-70 mm. The largest green and black colored Jay, UpH bears a double series of cell spots, HW with a rather short tail in the male, but longer in the female. [144].

  • Annona reticulata, Annona squamosa, Annona muricata, Artabotrys siamensis, Desmos chinensis, Desmos cochinchinensis, Canada odorata var. fruticosa, Michelia alba, Michelia champaca, Michelia figo, Melodorum siamensis, Saraca indica, Uvaria pierrei. [144].
