Imago Habitus and Differences from alike species

Losaria coon doubledayi (Wallace, 1865): wingspan 80-120 mm. UpH has apical half of the cell white and surrounded by white spots, with two submarginal red spots in spaces 2 and 3, and a tail at the end of vein 4. The northern form has more developed white postdiscal spots and the spots at beyond the cell of HW (hind - wing) than those of the southern form, which occurs in the penincular Thailand. [144].
