Imago Habitus and Differences from alike species

  • Ленточник всего с одним рядом пятен на крыльях. В известном издании К. Ламперта фигурирует под именем Limenitis camilla, хотя на самом деле камилла — совсем другой вид. В отличие от Limenitis camilla на нижней стороне имеется лиь один ряд черных точек, а сам испод задних крыльев более яркий, у основания — зеленоватый. [85].

  • Также как и имаго, личинка Limenitis reducta схожа с гусеницей ленточника камиллы, но отличия все же имеются: если у камиллы настоящие шипы, то у редукты — ложные, кроме того, у нее на голове не светлые полосы, а лишь белые точки. [85].

Pupa

  • Куколка «серо-бурая, с несколькими металлическими пятнами». [85].
