Imago Habitus and Differences from alike species

  • Delias sanaca perspicua: Wingspan 70-80 mm. It is the largest species of the genus, UpH with a narrow white cell patch in male, while the patch broader white in female, discal white spots are broader and longer than other species, dorsum in spaces 1a and 1b white basally in male and completely white in female, UnH yellow cell patch is basally white and broad and usually with a prominent, inner submarginal, yellow spot in space 2. [144].
