Imago Habitus and Differences from alike species

  • Wingspan 65-75 mm. Similar in colored shade toDelias pasithoebut larger and UpH with a large red patch at the base which also present on the UnH. In male ofpyramus, the apical half of the cell ashy black and white at cell-end bar whereas that ofperakanais yellow. Female ofperakanahas brighter orange-yellow postdiscal streaks on HW than on HW than those of thepyramus. [144].
