Hello, dear experts, help identify the insect! Here is a microscopic magnification, we need for the project! These are our photos, the engineer took the photo a long time ago and forgot what it looked like in general.
It is not up to the point of defining the project for children, there are no details needed.

This is exactly a fanopter, but the problem is in determining the view, not a very good angle.
Maybe Pasha or Vlad will tell you right away...

The imago has already appeared. This is the pupal exuvium protruding from the last-stage larval exuvium. Ladybug from podsem. Chilocorinae, in some species, after the last molt, the pupa remains in the larval skin that has burst along the middle. In the Moscow region, this is exactly the case with Chilocorus and Exochomus quadripustulatus, maybe some other species. In my opinion, Chilocorus in Exochomus quadripustulatus outgrowths in larvae are not so large.

Whose caviar is this on the willow leaves growing along the ditches?
As they mature, maggot-like larvae are visible inside. The caviar gradually liquefies and they probably fall to the wet ground.
September 2, Pskov region

Dipteran tricks, I think. For example, this method of egg laying is described for representatives of the Anisopodidae family. But whether it is or not I can't tell you.

The masonry is more than 1 cm in diameter. These should be very large flies.

Also surprised. I thought caddisfly larvae lived in the water.
Today I saw several of these clutches on the alder bushes.
There are no reservoirs or ditches there. Just a forest road.

The problem is that some diptera (flies) also have them)

But I agree, it looks more like a quail than a diptera
