Yes, the usual melifera. Their colors are very different, depending on the breed.

It is almost impossible to identify these horsemen (Ichneumonidae) to the species level from a single photograph, with rare exceptions. There are a lot of similar species.

2 - Dolichovespula saxonica
5 - Vespula germanica
The others seem to be defined correctly. Although there are some doubts about the second image of Ancistrocerus (327877).

Thank you so much.

Both Saxon women collected paddy on linden leaves, but I didn't take it, I just photographed it, I thought vulgaris. As you go to catch vespin on purpose, some germanics with vulgaris, but there are a lot of polists, or a single hornet will fly by, and then wall.gifthe Law of meanness is some kind, once I caught various wasps at the dacha for half a day, then I took a picture of a wasp sharpening a fence (before that, I took three of them from this fence) it turned out to be a working specimen of media, and in the collections a dozen vulgaris and a couple of germanics. weep.gif

Under each number - a photo of the same individual, respectively, and Ancistrocerus two photos of the same animal.

Pelopeia from the Moscow region. I apologize for the dust, I didn't kill them, but just found them dead on the windowsill. They have been living on the second floor for several years. Maybe someone needs it? All are intact.

Good "animals". I would have taken it, but it's better to give it to Alexander (AVA), I think it will be more useful.

I really need it! But how do I send it? You can make an agreement on soap.
In the meantime, can you get more precise information? Well, the dates, the exact location of the finds, the collector...
This is Sceliphron deforme, which has been found in different parts of the Moscow region for the second year.

And something is sad with messages through the forum. I periodically receive messages from the subscribed topic, but the PM does not reach me or from me.

What makes you think it's a male?" Female witch

09.03.2021 14:16, Jaguar paw

What makes you think it's a male?" A female after all

The length of the antennae and the hook at the end of the antennae indicate the opposite.
p. s. it turned out not to be a stinger, but just a paired spike at the end of the abdomen in males (the last tergite simply turned out and only one spike was visible). And the species is A. parietinus.

Good afternoon! In general, I waited for the hatching of variegated flies (presumably Terellia tussilaginis) from the larvae that lived in burdock baskets, and waited for it to crawl out of the larva.
Unfortunately, I saw it too late and it dried up already, crumbling when I tried to place it normally for the photo.

Please help me identify two fairly large bumblebees from ocd. Krasnoyarsk.

1. Ocd. Krasnoyarsk, forest-steppe. 7.06.17. Length-25mm.
The penultimate segment of the abdomen is covered with red hairs (not visible in the image).
[attachmentid()=325381]

2. Ocd. Krasnoyarsk, Torgashinsky hr. 21.06.13. Length-23mm
[attachmentid ()=325382]

Mikhail
1. This is most likely Bombus (Psithyrus) rupestris (Fabricius, 1793), if the hairs on the top of the abdomen are reddish, if yellowish, then Bombus (Psithyrus) campestris (Panzer, 1801), but it has a light band on the scutellum is not so large, so most likely the first.
2. this is Bombus (Sibiricobombus) sibiricus (Fabricius, 1781)

What do you think about Belonogaster neavei Richards, 1982 ?

I can only speculate, as there are several very similar species in the genus. It is quite possible that Belonogaster neavei. But you can only guarantee it if you have the material in your hands.

Mikhail, if you're talking about Bombus subbaicalensis, then maybe it's marked for the Edge, I only have one female, but you have a male, so you can drive away the genitals, there are a couple of very similar ones. Or do you only have photos?
