M. O., Ramenskiy district, Zhukovo village, plant unknown, 16.07.2020

Cassids are pretty nasty in terms of definition.
With a prishchitkovy spot-it seems to be of the bergeali/vibex type (small hairs on the ndkr. it seems to be viewed), but this should be seriously considered. In theory, vibex should be wider. As for bergeali, I'm not sure that it was specified for Russia:

Dear sirs, I ask for competent help in identifying the beetle (I will keep my speculations and searches in the Internet to myself). a suburb of Smolensk on 04.08.20, the bank of the Dnieper River.
Please do not judge strictly for the quality of the photo-there are no conditions for shooting, there is nothing to shoot, +I do not know how, +the beetle moved - I did not want to be photographed))

With what? It should be blue. In general, agriluses are not defined in this way, especially such ones. Here's a plant that might help in some cases.

There are two samples of blue and brown under this name, Google also showed brown ones, but mostly blue. About the plant at the dacha on the weekend I will look for what he could sit on) I will write then
