And if they were not on the side, it would be easier for people to determine.

I ask for help in determining. Today 18.06.2015 collected these two metallovidki. Chelyabinsk region, Snezhinsk.
Is it Autographa pulchrina (Haworth, 1809) (=v-aureum) or Autographa jota (LINNAEUS, 1758)? In general, they are slightly different, maybe both?

I ask experts to determine what Nemophora is

It is impossible to determine the circled nemophore exactly from such a photo. You need to see the color of the base of the front wing (whether there is a stroke and how long), consider the palps, the base of the whiskers (although this one, if anything, flew around), the front legs, finally.

and what little babies.Odessa

Grim moth (Scythrididae), possibly Scythris limbella.

With a very high probability, this is Nemophora fasciella. And with what kind, you can confuse Nemophora fasciella in the south of Ukraine?
N. minimella and N. mollella as an option do not prependsmile.gif)

I also think it's probably fasciella, but I can't say for SURE. And what to confuse with-so you answered yourself. In addition to these two, there is also Nemophora prodigellus (ZELLER, 1853), the biotope is not specified.

A leaf wrapper was removed from the caterpillar. A podana similar to Archips was seen on the page, but it is not marked on Sakhalin. Have you tried browsing the site lepidoptera.ru, but we couldn't determine it ourselves . The butterfly is about 2 cm long. Please help me.
