In this species, and in general in Episemini, females fly in the evening, and males usually begin to fly after midnight. And the females stay near the light, and the males fly away.

Tell me, please, what is Eupithecia?
Caught in the south of the Moscow region on September 19 (!), flew to the light. I thought none of the species in this genus flew this late.
My guess is a light specimen of Eupithecia pusillata, but no matter how many of them there were during some fishing trips, they all flew away by the end of August.
The photo wasn't very clear, but the copy was successfully taken, so if you need it...

Please help me deal with a few mikrushki from Pestovo, caught yesterday.
1. Broken Agonopterix, in appearance and time of capture, is more similar to conterminella, but I did not notice it at home, unlike the usual liturosa at the end of August.

Is it worth removing the already pinned butterfly, maybe the wings will be better visible?
Still, I wonder what kind of flower shop it is in September.

Apparently, osiris, although very strange. You might think of staudingeri, but this butterfly doesn't look like him either.
