Are there any other angles?

No, that's the only way it was taken. I thought specks were a defining feature.
Maybe alexis?

Did I correctly identify these mottled birds? The Svetly Erik tract is located on the eastern edge of the Stavropol Territory in the Prikum Sands - swampy meadow biotopes in the Kuma River floods.

Maybe Alexis?

No, it's not Alexis. Your pigeon has yellow spots on the ends of its wings. And besides, there are pronounced black dots. Alexis has neither. They have a solid black color with a barely pronounced brownish tinge. I will also add that there is a bluish tinge at the beginning of the wings closer to the body side.

The defining features of pigeons are photos of the underside and upper part of the wings, that is, the wings in closed and open form.

Muscovites should know more precisely. smile.gif
I will suggest that it may be Aricia eumedon or Aricia artaxerxes.
The photo, in my opinion, has undergone photo correction or the high contrast mode is set, which makes it difficult to determine.

Apparently, this is Aricia artaxerxes. I met similar pigeons, the inner surface of the wings and underparts can be viewed on the frames from 18-06-2014 and other dates on the page http://butterflies-32.net/aricia-artaxerxe...----------.html. It seems that the species justifies its Russian-language name "Changeable Golubyanka".

Green mottles are poorly defined in appearance. You need to boil your genitals.

Help. please identify the scoop. Now at home appeared (Moscow). I assume that from this caterpillar turned out. And the caterpillar was found in May in strawberries. Strawberries are either from Greece or Turkey. The caterpillar disappeared in May. Apparently, it was buried for pupation in the ground in a flower pot. And now, here, the butterfly suddenly appeared.
