I suggest the nasopharyngeal gadfly (Oestridae) from the genus Cephenemyia.
Possibly Cephenemyia ulrichii. But this is for specialists.

It is difficult to tell from such photos - the first one is most likely S. vitripennis (male), the second one is S. ribesii (female).
