There are some similarities with Chlamydatus... But I'm not sure.

Thanks! If they are different, then don't look again? Also Crimea, mid-June. And how to distinguish them?

1, 4 -- Odontotarsus robustus;
2, 3 -- Odontotarsus purpureolineatus.

Good afternoon!

Tula region.

The first is the ground beetle Rhyparochromus vulgaris?
picture: P1150980.jpg

Second - I assume Stictopleurus punctatonervosus
picture: P1170746.jpg
Right?

PS now I remembered how a few years ago I photographed a disguised bedbug on a dry twig:
picture: 0_c0942_1ee7aadb_orig.jpg

Glare, of course, spoiled a little bug, but it seems to me that this is also Stictopleurus punctatonervosus

The first one is yes.
Photos 2 and 3 show exactly Stictopleurus, but I won't tell you which one, you can't see the key signs.

Triplaxxx, and what signs do you need to mark in order to recognize them more accurately? I have another profile photo of the bug that is in 2 photos:
picture: P1150693.jpg

30.06.2016 23:09, Triplaxxx

Stictopleurus punctatonervosus is the only species that can be reliably identified by external signs, the rest only after studying the genitals. S. punctatonervosus lacks a smooth transverse rib in front of the cycatrises (paired transverse grooves in the anterior part of the pronotum) on the pronotum.

Triplaxxx, thank you for the educational program. That is, the bug needs to be turned over on its back and removed from its belly?

01.07.2016 1:56, Triplaxxx

Exactly the opposite.

01.07.2016 10:36, MiLLeNium Niobius

Ah, well, yes, indeed smile.gif
These grooves?

And there can't be a second Lygocoris pabulinus.
I don't seem to see a yellow border around the edge...

Maybe he is, but it is difficult to say exactly about such groups of 2 photos. And the border in Orthotylus marginalis is not always pronounced.
