Larvae of bedbugs, especially the first instars, especially from the photo, it is difficult to determine reliably, and not reliably-it is not necessary.

Well, specifically in this kind, it is important to clearly see the pattern and bristles on the legs.

The first image shows a larva.
I can't pinpoint the other two beetles with any certainty. To determine Gerridae, they need to be "turned in your hands". Gender is also not say, no signs are visible.

Bedbugs from my garden. Moscow region, May.
1. Mass view on a black currant bush, at least 5 pieces counted. Similar to Carpocoris fuscispinus, but the spines on the shoulders are much longer.

2. Fell on the hand, I think all from the same currant bush.

3. Just sat on a stick on the ground.

1 -- Elasmucha ferrugata (Fabricius, 1787);
2 -- seemingly Dictyla humuli (Fabricius, 1794), awkward angle;
3 -- Scolopostethus thomsoni Reuter, 1875.

Well, this is a different species, not the one whose larva was taken in the first picture.
This is Anthocoris sp., possibly Anthocoris nemoralis (Fabricius, 1794). You can't say for sure. To identify species of this genus, you need to clearly see the matte and shiny areas on the elytra, but they are not really visible.

And the second bug is identified correctly.
