Thanks for the help. Can you at least name the genus? How to distinguish a female rower from a male rower? So you don't have to waste time on photos next time.

Even to the point of being difficult. Males have a modified front paw, often with additional spines, not the same as in females (in your photo), usually larger than in females. In females of all Corixinae species, the front paw is b. - m. similar. Males usually have an asymmetrical belly and often a head with a flattened, angled or depressed forehead.

1-yes, the head is poorly visible, Orthops basalis / kalmii;
2-yes, this is such a Palomena prasina.

Thank you. Before that, I saw only a single-color light green prazina with a light tip of the shield, and in the photos on the Internet it only gives out such a morph. And here some interesting streaks, and the end of the shield is dark. I tried to search among relatives, but there is only viridissima, the same is not similar. So I fell into a stupor.

The night of June 20-21, 2019. Saint-Petersburg.

The photo is bad, but it appears to be Deraeocoris olivaceus (Fabricius, 1777). The bug is predatory and dangerous only for aphids, leafblocks, etc. It got into the apartment by accident.

It's good that I decided to check it out. I just try to determine from the site "British Bugs", there is no such type, so I chose the nearest similar one. At least Rod guessed correctly smile.gif

Not only. More color of the antennae, the length of the 1st part of the antennae, more elevated pubescence, etc. Other differences are not visible to the naked eye.
