Very small boogers that flock en masse to the light.

Thanks! smile.gif

The word "mosquitoes" is alarming... Are they biting these bells? shuffle.gif

Are they biting these bells? shuffle.gif

No, imagos don't feed at all.

Oh, what beautiful little animals they are! I'll love them now. smile.gif

The wet season is over, along with the rain, insects have appeared on the balcony. Not much, of course, but still.

But this couple of me accidentally jumped on the bags on the street and I, showing miracles of courage and endurance, instead of screeching and kicking (from surpriseshuffle.gif), behaved quietly as a mouse and quickly dragged the bag with all the contents home. To capture the process in detail.

The process struck me at the heart of my life. I don't know when they started, but they jumped on my bag at 12.20, and then they sat on the balcony all day. And all evening. And I really thought-everyone would run away in the morning, no, they were sitting as if glued in the same position and with the same sounds. And at noon we sat. And only I was going to come here and ask " is everything all right with the animals? Is it normal not to drink or eat for so long? Can I help them with something? redface.gif "lol.gifas I was distracted by household chores, and at 13.40-I saw that they still broke up and everything was fine with them, they were sitting in different corners of the balcony.

First of all, when I dragged a couple home, I was terribly afraid that they would quickly deal with their love and kaaak jump away from me to distant distances forever... So I immediately took out my camera and started blowing the flash. The little animals openly despised me and barely reacted.

And the ending. smile.gif

When I realized that the couple in love did not intend to jump off into the blue distance, I decided to return my bag, and send the couple to the blooming gardens of Eden, everything is as it should be. At first, however, the lady was stubborn and decided that she would not go to the gardens, but would hang on the side. And it hung resolutely for two hours.

Then, apparently, she got tired and went to the trees.

After one o'clock in the afternoon, when the animals were on the balcony for more than a day, I got nervous and was already quite ready to go here and ask "is this normal? Maybe they have something wrong?", as the oppa lady stayed in the gardens, and the partner jumped to another corner of the balcony.

A lonely lady.

After another couple of hours, they both left.

I have such animals (similar) here are signed as-Acrididae sensu lato. Is that right?

30.05.2013 11:35, Zlopastnyi Brandashmyg

I would say Acrididae, without sensu lato. The specialist will probably determine more precisely.

A very small and extremely non-photogenic creature. I found it on my desktop, at first I decided that I had "accidentally crushed the beast yesterday", because it was completely flat and somehow dried up, BUT-this mummy suddenly moved briskly and turned out to be quite alive and healthy, only very flat.

A shadow.

It is similar to "subcutaneous bedbugs". Perhaps something close to Aradus sp., but this is an amateur's idea smile.gif
