There have been complaints that people aren't receiving email notifications (or they're receiving them but they're marked as spam) about private messages sent to them on the Insecta.pro website. The messaging system now has been updated, and emails should be arriving. If you've sent private messages in the last couple of months and haven't received a response, it might be worth sending them again now (the person may simply not have seen the private message notification).
P.S. Please note that automatic notifications come from the website's email address, not the sender's. This means that to reply to the sender of a message, you must send them a private message on the website (or use the contact information they sent you in the private message, if they included it).
