Winged Messiah: woman saw Jesus on a saturniid moth's back

Yvonne Esquilin saw Jesus image on Eacles imperialis's back.

The moth was resting on Yvonne's home in Georgetown, Texas, where she found it last week.

“At first it looked like Jesus,” said Esquilin. “And I still think it looks like Jesus.”

E. imperialis is a quite huge saturniid moth size about of a human hand. Yvonne says the moth's colors indicate she's in for some good fortune. Esquilin family believes the brown colour means big news whilst yellow splashes stand for home.

“I believe this was a sign. God is letting me know good news is coming and to keep the hope.”

Esquilin hopes that means she could pay for her daughter's education. Yvonne makes little of sceptic people which see nothing special in the moth's coloration.

“People also saw an image of the Devil which is kind of creepy but after staring at it for so long it almost looks like it,” she admitted.

Meanwhile the moth spent one day at Esquilin's home and got off for another home waiting for luck.

Hard stuff. This source is well-known though for its regular yellowness.
