The same looking Lymantria minomonis female, Matsumura, 1934, with a pink abdomen, doesn't live in Russia. Others are different.

There are many Lymantria species in Russian Far East, and 4 in Primorye region, checking out others now. Vasily, I added a comment before seeing yours.

It lives even in America, so no doubts there, imho.

The main version is Lymantria dispar. Female anyway.
