Miltochrista rosacea differs from Miltochrista by smaller size(Dubatolov). I would not say that there is a small butterfly on my photo. If you compare it with others, Its size similar to Thyrgorina jankowskii.

There is another close species from Russian Far East Miltochrista rosacea, i do not know what exact deference between them, there is few photos of rosacea.

It's exactly male (the bend angle of the forewing upper edge has clear-cut).
And species is correct in my opinion, but let someone else look.
