This one is done, surprisedly and happily.

Moved to "identified successfully".

08.02.2011 17:48, Vasiliy Feoktistov

Two genera added.

08.02.2011 17:24, Evgeny Komarov

Vasily! Set Aethria, and the second one as a synonym, one may search by both! Will correct, if needed!

08.02.2011 17:11, Vasiliy Feoktistov

Genus is questionable, sure. What genus should it belong to?

08.02.2011 17:09, Evgeny Komarov This species is identified correctly.

08.02.2011 13:23, Alexandr Zhakov

Species is ok, genera are questionable, don't know this "kilometre zero" as for tropics. Author is the same. We should choose a taxonomic system as default one.

This is also should be cleared: http://www.nic.funet.fi/pub/sci/bio/life/insecta/lepidoptera/ditrysia/noctuoidea/arctiidae/ctenuchinae/clystea/index.html#leucaspis. Opinions needed.

Dear moderators, please, add and approve this species and new other "Guyana" identified lately...

Beast done. :)

Can be, can be, looks like Aethria leucaspis flava: http://www.guianensis.fr/photos_arctiidae_ctenuchini_1.htm.

Whoa! Agreed!

08.02.2011 1:01, Dmitriy Pozhogin

Rather Aethria leucaspis (Cramer, 1775). At least, genus is sure.

08.02.2011 0:53, Alexandr Zhakov

No, so close, but it's not, look at the venation. My suggestion is Aethria leucaspis (Cramer, 1775): http://www.cahurel-entomologie.com/texte_ctenuchinae/ctenuchinae_page4.htm.

If I only knew where to find these books...

Nearly lost my vision, even in glasses, that sucks...

Think, this one is Arctiidae, Phoenicoprocta vacillans, Walker, 1856, or something close to (tough case): http://www.guianensis.fr/photos_arctiidae_euchromiini_2.htm.
