  • Фатима встречается от Балканского полуострова и острова Кипр до Северной Индии, в Закавказье и в Туркмении. [332].

  • Длина брюшка 2,6—3 см, заднего крыла — 2,1 — 2,5 см. [332].

  • Обитает она вдоль берегов рек и ручьев, далеко не улетает. Стрекоза названа именем героини мусульманских преданий — Фатимы, дочери легендарного пророка Мухаммеда. [332].

Imago lifespan

  • Летает стрекоза недолго, в июне — июле, хотя отдельные экземпляры доживают до конца августа. [332].

General info about Larva

  • Личинки в течение двух лет живут на донных камнях на глубине 30—40 см. Они очень чувствительны к чистоте воды и могут жить только там, где есть течение. [332].
