Date and time, location shooting/catching: 2012-06-29 00:00:00, Vologda region, Velikoustyugsky district, Oryol settlement., near the village of Obradovo, on the road near the Yug River.

Photographer's comment: The Purple Emperor was examining some kind of crushed fruit on the road by the river, most likely a blueberry. The disturbed one soared and disappeared into the tops of trees (aspen, bird cherry and willow).
