I support the idea of Irene continue to put pictures of Volodya Meshcheryakov, some of which she survived. It will be for the benefit of the site, all infatuated entomology and in memory of him. My acquaintance with Vladimir took first in the pages of an Internet correspondence, and then internally.Volodya amazing and multifaceted man, a hard worker and enthusiast not only in the entomological teaching us commoners who were interested in wildlife. Through an acquaintance with him, I thoroughly and irrevocably carried away butterflies - photographing them first and then growing them from collecting caterpillars and butterflies before departure.I always remember the warmth of our meetings and conversations, which I now do not suffice. And the amateurs of butterflies he could be a sign of the book YuArakcheeva "In a country blue Swallowtail", in several chapters of which the author describes their joint Vladimir trip to Primorye and the story of the arrival of 16-year-old Volodya Meshcheryakov from the Urals to the Far East, where he had a couple of months met with Alexei Ivanovich Kurentsova and was invited to work in his group. This meeting is all predetermined his fate - Vladimir forever remained in the Far East, and dedicated his life to the study of Far Eastern entomofauna. He was very enthusiastic, utterly devoted to his beloved entomology. Love of butterflies and he gave us his close friends. It is thanks to him that we, the people, in their education far from entomology, discovered the wonderful world of butterflies.
