Imago Habitus and Differences from alike species
- Wingspan 40-50 mm. Male UP is white, FW dark at apex, with dark veins and a black spot in space 1b and a larger square spot in space 3, HW veins darkened especially at the end of veins and dark at border; UN pale or dark yellow especially at base of HW and costal area of FW, veins heavily outlined by dark green, markings variable according to the wet or dry seasons, generally fader in dsf. (The dry season form) than in wsf. (The wet season form). Female is similar, but with broader and darker markings. [144].
