Distribution

  • The definitive tables do not include Nacna pulchripicta Walker 1865, indicated by Kozhanchikov (1950) for Russia on the basis of 2 ♂ with the labels " Amur Canna pulchripicta / Stgr. / Vel Collection. Prince Nikolai Mikhailovich [Romanov ] " [ZIN, St. Petersburg ], without exact data. Probably the specimens were obtained by N. M. Romanov from the entomological firm of O. Staudinger with incorrect labels. Since the species is distributed in Northern India and Nepal, but is not known from the Far East, its distribution in the Far East of Russia is doubtful.
