Imago Habitus and Differences from alike species

The 4th segment of the antennae is elongated, twice its width or even longer. The male's ticks are expanded and converged at least in the main third; the inner edge of the non-expanded part is without a tooth. Wing plates are absent; if present, then elytra with a long light stripe. 11-17 mm. (pp. 73-74) [148].
