Junonia orithya habits both Africa and Asia, so nothing special it is in UAE. As for neptis, Neptis hylas.

Probably Neptis hylas (Linnaeus, 1758) which is rather common in Thailand (and originally indigenous in South/Southeast Asia)?

Though I won't be surprised to know this is sappho after I met Junonia in United Arab Emirates just the same as was in Thailand.

This is Pallas' Sailer, can't remember its Latin name.
