Jpmoth describes this as Xestia tabida (same in China and Korea). According to Synev tabida is a Xestia baja synonym. Here on the website we've got both tabida and baja. Turns out Xestia baja in Russian Far East? (there was a discussion on these two species on molbiol.ru, http://molbiol.ru/forums/index.php?showtopic=398963&view=findpost&p=1132388 )
