Date and time, location shooting/catching: 2014-05-30 00:00:00, Vologda region, Velikoustyugsky district, Yudinsky settlement, bank of the Striga River near the former church of the Tikhvin Mother of God in the great floodplain of the Northern Dvina.
Photographer's comment: Last year, at the end of July, at the beginning of August, I shot black uniforms. This year I went to the same places and found a bunch of charming red forms of spring generation. Interestingly, there is a large variation in size. There are very small 25-30 mm and there are just very large specimens of 40-45 mm.Comments on this image
