Alexander, of course freshly (see. Date), and about the fast drying, there are certain achievements :) So it is possible to spread and mattress under two conditions:
1) Zamarivalas ethyl acetate or nail polish remover nail it contains ("Weasel", etc.) and nothing else.
2) Well then soak in a desiccator (humidity chamber).
