Distribution

  • Russian regions: South Primorye, South Sakhalin-Korea Peninsula, To China (including Taiwan Island) [252].

Imago Habitus and Differences from alike species

  • The lateral edge of the pronotum is serrated ( subgenus Campsolacon Rtt.). Brown-black; elytra brown or red. The body is evenly covered with scales-gray or reddish on the pronotum, only gray on the rest of the surface. [252].

General info about Larva

  • Larvae under the bark of rotten oaks. [252].
