Distribution
- Russian Regions: Khabarovsk Territory, Amur Region, Primorsky Krai, Sakhalin, Kuril Islands ( Iturup, Kunashir, Shikotan Islands); Southern Siberia west to Altai. Japan (Hokkaido, Honshu Islands ), Korea Peninsula, NE China, Mongolia. In coniferous-deciduous forests. [252].
Imago Habitus and Differences from alike species
- The leading edge of the prsp. in the middle, it is not bent up. The 8th part of the mustache is equal to the length of the ninth or barely longer than it. Points in the row spacing above the border are larger and rarer. It is subject to geographical variability. In the south of Primorsky Krai, it is large and very wide; in the north, in the mountains and on islands, it is narrower and resembles S. carinata in shape. There are at least 5 species in the former USSR. In the Russian Far East 1 view. [252].
