Imago Habitus and Differences from alike species
- Длина переднего крыла до 1,8 см. Испод крыльев зеленый, что позволяет легко отличить малинницу от других видов бабочек. Верх крыльев коричневый, что позволяет легко отличить его от испода. Подвид ssp. borealis Krul. характерен для северной части ареала — испод крыльев у этого подвида не чисто-, а желто-зеленый. [85].
