Ok, then we'll wait when Vladimir or somebody else upload new photos from this spot. But any boundary is just line on the map and not a border for the (in)organic nature.

Yes. Genereally. But Sinev's regions are not administrative districts but zoogeographical ones. I don't mean the Sinev's info is final and conclusive but we have to work up some criteria for the formalized and general data about species.

7th and 8th regions are neighbors and the insect as you know don't recognize any human boundaries. For example, one of the Klyazma river banks is situated in the Moscow region while other is in the Vladimir region (they both are included in 8th Sinev's region though). This river is just 60 meters wide and its banks have similar environmental conditions and, so, similar insects species. We may add the info :)

But can we add formalized data because of just one photo? I mean we may public info about this discovery, but formalize it for the selecting species in the catalog? What is the criteria for such a move?

We have to add new info for the Sinev's species distribution, I guess. This species can't be confused with anything else (in my region anyway).
