As for today info, there is no adippe in Primorye region now (but closer species). Anyway, this butterfly is not adippe's relative. The more I look at it, the more I see ruslana.

Imho, that's the very Argynnis ruslana, male. Definitely not paphia (it has different androconiae, etc.)

Seems just Argynnis paphia. Don't pass as similar one above, Argynnis (Argyronome) ruslana Motschulsky, 1866. Underside needed.
