Distribution

Южная и центральная Европа, Кавказ. Юг европейской части России (Нижнее Поволжье, Калмыкия), Украина, Молдавия, Турция, Иран, Израиль, Ливан Повсеместно редок, встречается лишь в отдельных местообитаниях и в незначительных количествах. Был занесен в Красную книгу СССР. Занесен в красные книги Украины, Калмыкии, Волгоградской области. [PC74].
