What about Luntik? All the books are entomological, except Luntik himself...

There's also the 007 movie On Her Majesty's Secret Service (starring Lazenby). In one scene, Bond arrives at the mansion of M (his boss) and goes into a room with boxes of butterflies hanging on the walls. M is straightening out a lepidoptera. Bond looks reproachfully at the straightener and says the key phrase of the whole bond:
-"This specimen is rather small for Nymphalis polychloros.
"
That's it smile.gif

The moment is really good!

- Yesterday I watched the American "feature" film "Locust" from the middle...
"Out there, mutated erect-winged creatures as big as your palm are not only completely immune to pesticides and insecticides - they also eat them!"!! "And they feed on living American flesh!"!! - people who eat plant and animal foods that contain these same pesticides in their tissues!
- In addition, this locust has Drones(!!!) - and they breed in caves, where slimy drop-shaped chambers-nests are hung to the walls and ceiling , - where worm-like (!!!!!) worms develop (probably feeding on this mucus). maggots!!!
- And they were all defeated by the valiant Americans, spraying "Organic" from the air; and blowing up the last flock, luring them into the hangar with an aircraft spraying "attracant"!!!
- In short, a film for cattle and anti-environmental harmful content. mad.gif lol.gif

I watched the City of Ember. There are such post-apocalyptic, radiation-rich healthy deer beetles and moths of the same species, with different sizes, which make sounds similar to chirping.

Hello everybody! For some reason, you have completely forgotten the most important film about entomologists, where this topic is the core of the entire plot. "The Silence of the Lambs", some entomologists in the museum are worth a lot, well, the poster of the film with Atropos. Think of another movie where a real butterfly dominates the central part of the poster. Barco thank you for the beautifully illustrated reminder about "007", I completely forgot.

Yesterday, the TV show "Broken Arrow" showed Travolta setting off an underground nuclear explosion with a stolen warhead, and a couple of pretzels (who at the end of the film saved the world and fell in love with each other), stuck up above the epicenter and discussed the important point that they say, if the butterflies are not dead, then they will not give a fuck.
Cool.

Yesterday, NTV showed the movie "Bugs". What nonsense. I kept waiting for Mickey Rourke to show up. But it turned out that he had a cameo role there. Things were really bad for the guy, since he starred in this trash.
Instead of beetles, of course, there were giant cockroaches - mixed Madagascar and Colombian. They were made into "mutants" that could be controlled by killing people.
The creator of the special effects for "Aliens" decided to make his own film, and here's what a mess it turned out...

I was recently given a story from Pelevin's new book. I hope it won't be made into a film... I didn't like it at all. Plot-a protein called "immobility" was isolated from a praying mantis and injected into a female model. Now she could stand like a statue for hours on end. And in the final, I thought about biting off one guy's head.

As for "Broken Arrow" - a good action movie. True, it's funny how John Woo's characters smile brutally when they're hurt.

I watched Doctor Who, Season 4, episode 11. They made a healthy beetle there. I will say, very competently, except for the lack of sternites. Otherwise, the alien horned creature was made very well, especially the carapace structure.
