Now citation is becoming one of the most important criteria for evaluating the work of a scientist. You can argue with this, give arguments for and against it... But it's true.
Access to ISI is paid, but we still have it at the institute (although they say that they will close it due to late payment by our branch). In general, anyone interested in finding out their citation in WOS can take a look. To do this, send it to my email address proshchalikin@biosoil.ru variants of your last name (if it can be quoted differently) in Latin and initials. I will send you a return email with the results obtained - what your works are - who, where, when, and how many times I quoted them.
