Hello.
Please identify the insect. A small beetle 2-3 mm long. Dark brown color. They crawl mostly on the floor, everywhere - in the kitchen, in the corridor, in the room. I often find a few pieces at a bowl of cat food. I recently found them in a jar of rice in the kitchen. The photo turned out badly, alas. I tried setting traps for cockroaches and ants. The result is null. How to deal with them? Thank you all in advance.

Thank you for the link. I read it. But I still didn't understand what kind of beetles I had. Small flour krushchyak? Or who? Are there any non-artisanal ways to deal with them? Traps, etc. I have a cat that lives here, so it's not an option to spread baits all over the apartment. And why do these beetles crawl not only in kitchen cabinets, but throughout the apartment?
