Who is it? Butterfly or fly?

Community and ForumHow to get rid of insectsWho is it? Butterfly or fly?

Good day!

Yesterday I found a small, long-familiar insect in the kitchen, which I have not seen anywhere: in toilets, on the streets, and indoors, especially in the evenings, but also during the day. The size of the insect is ~4 mm. It's gray, nondescript, and the flash makes it glow in the photo. I used to think that these were some kind of flies, but now I looked closely: it looks like a butterfly with its antennae and chest. Does anyone know what kind of species it is?
